Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Tags or original packaging are missing.
  • The return request is made after the return window expires.

2. Size & Fit Issues

Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.

  • Exchanges for size issues are subject to stock availability.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges for size-related exchanges unless otherwise stated.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.
  3. Our team will review the request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless damaged or defective).
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Printed Customized t shirt are not eligible for return

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size (subject to availability).
  • Damaged or defective products.
  • Wrong items received.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.

8. Return Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be borne by marivostok
  • For customer-initiated returns (such as size changes), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
