Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility

- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Tags or original packaging are missing.
- The return request is made after the return window expires.
2. Size & Fit Issues
Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.
- Exchanges for size issues are subject to stock availability.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges for size-related exchanges unless otherwise stated.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.
- Our team will review the request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless damaged or defective).
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Printed Customized t shirt are not eligible for return
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:

If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.
8. Return Shipping
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be borne by marivostok
- For customer-initiated returns (such as size changes), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
