We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or any other legitimate reason.

Payments

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways, including Razorpay & others. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible products and serviceable locations.

Third-Party Services

Our store operates on Shopify and may use third-party applications and partners, including payment gateways, fulfillment providers, analytics tools, shipping partners, and print-on-demand services such as Qikink to process and deliver orders ,website is used shopyfy platform ,they can use certen info to run the website smoothly

Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

All logos, graphics, designs, product images, text, and other content on this website are the property of Marivostok and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Marivostok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

5-Day Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused and unwashed.
Original tags and packaging must be intact.
The return request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

Print-on-Demand Products

Many products are manufactured specifically after your order is placed through our print-on-demand partner.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

Wrong size selected by the customer.
Change of mind.
Personal preference.
Color variations caused by screen display.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

A damaged item,
A printing defect,
A manufacturing defect, or
An incorrect product,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Approved refunds for COD orders will be processed through bank transfer or another suitable electronic payment method

Order Cancellation

Orders that have already entered production or shipping may not be cancelled.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days but this may vary as depend on opration load and capecity

Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and courier availability. Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or other external factors.

Tracking

Tracking information will be shared when available after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Marivostok is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
